83rd Annual DAR Flag Raising Ceremony- Thanks a ton to Joe Gordy, Stephanie Talbott, Josh Kidd, the GHS Student Council, and community member Ellen Morris for creating a way for the event to continue this year!
Graham Steer Football- The Steers will be at Newton Field this evening facing Decatur. Kickoff is 7:00 pm. Tickets must be purchased online at https://www.grahamisd.com/272594_2. Please take the time to read the information in the Protocols for Purchasing Tickets and Attending Games At Newton Field document. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE GATE. SHOULD YOU ARRIVE WITHOUT ALREADY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU WILL NEED TO USE YOUR SMARTPHONE TO PURCHASE TICKETS. The game will be live-streamed on the PositiveRadio.net Facebook page.
Lady Blues and Graham Steer Tennis- The varsity tennis team will be on the home courts vs Burkburnett at 10:00 on Saturday morning. Good Luck!
Lady Blues Cross Country- Congratulations to the team on their 2nd Place finish at the Lipan meet. Alijandra Barrios medaled and Maddie Wilde was the Meet Champion with a time of 13:28!
Rotary Duck Derby Event- The Rotary Club of Graham Duck Derby is this Saturday on Graham downtown square beginning at Graham ISD has several teams (Pioneer Elementary, Crestview Elementary, Woodland Elementary, GJHS National Junior Honor Society, GHS FFA, and Lady Blues Softball) participating in the Rotary Duck Derby Event. Go to https://www.duckrace.com/Graham “adopt” duck to support one of these teams. The event will be held on the Graham downtown square on Saturday, September 19 from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. In addition to supporting one of the GISD teams, you can help set a Guinness World Record for the longest line of rubber ducks!
