Danger of Success...

One of the dangers of success is that it can make a person un-teachable. Many people are tempted to use their success as permission to discontinue their growth. They become convinced that they know enough to succeed and they begin to coast. They trade innovation and growth for a formula that they follow time after time. ‘You can’t argue with success,’ they say. But they’re wrong. Why? Because the skills that got you here are probably not the skills that will get you there. (Maxwell, 2012).

If we have learned nothing during this pandemic, hopefully, we have learned the value of continuing to hone our skillset, adjust, and press on to get there!

Have a blessed day… Take care of yourself and others!
