GOOD MORNING…HAPPY THURSDAY!

Lady Blues Volleyball Playoffs- The Lady Blues will be competing in the Area round of the playoffs on Friday, November 3rd against Decatur. The match will be held at 7:00 p.m. in Weatherford at the Ninth Grade Campus GO LADY BLUES!

Graham Steer Football- The Steers are open this Friday evening but will be playing in the Bi-District round of the playoff on Friday evening at Aledo stadium vs Hillsboro. Ticket information will be shared as soon as it is available.

Be Part of a Culture of Voting- We should exemplify a culture of voting! I encourage you to take time during the school day (conference period/lunch/cover for each other/etc. approved by your principal) to cast your vote for the November 7, 2023, election. Early voting ends Friday, November 3rd, and election day is Tuesday, November 7th. Don't miss your chance to vote on the 14 Propositions on the ballot.

Crestview Elementary Storybook Pumpkin Winners- Meet the amazing winners of our Storybook Pumpkin Contest! These pumpkins turned into incredible tales, from fairy tales to adventures. Big cheers to our creative winners! Your imagination is truly impressive.

Woodland Elementary’s Jump for George- You can see the excitement on their faces and the loot wrapped around each neck. This is always such a great fun way to recognize those who have had GREAT attendance. Keep up the great work and for showing up daily!

Graham Junior High School Student Spotlight of the Week- Congratulations to Colton Doyle and Jessica Garcia! Both of these students are critical thinkers and show compassion daily to others! Their leadership goes above and beyond to those around them.

Happy Birthday, NCTC Poster Contest- The contest is open to all students in grades K-12.

A first-grade teacher presented each of the 25 children in her class with the first half of a well-known proverb and asked them to come up with the remainder of the proverb. Imagine the insight to be gained from this class of 6- and 7-year-old children.
