GHS Theater and
Choir Presents Legally Blonde The Musical Jr.- Make plans to join the GHS
Theatre and Choir departments performances of Legally Blonde The Musical JR.
Performances are scheduled for January 27 at 2:00 pm and January 28 at 7:00 pm.
Based on the award-winning
Broadway musical and the smash hit motion picture, Legally Blonde The Musical
JR. is a fabulously fun journey of self-empowerment and expanding horizons. The
show's instantly recognizable songs are filled with humor, wit, and sass –
leaving cast members and audiences alike seeing pink!
Lady Blues and
Graham Steer Soccer- Both teams will be playing Springtown at Newton
Field this evening. The Lady Blues will kickoff at 5:00 and the Steers will
kickoff approximately fifteen minutes following the Lady Blues game. Best of

Lady Blues Basketball- Congrats on the
come from behind win against Burkburnett this Tuesday! The Lady Blues have an
open date this evening and will next play at Iowa Park next Tuesday.

Obstacles
An old farmer had plowed around a large rock in one of his fields for
years. He had broken several plowshares and a cultivator on it and had grown
rather morbid about the rock.
After breaking another plowshare one day, and remembering all the
trouble the rock had caused him through the years, he finally decided to do
something about it.
When he put the crowbar under the rock, he was surprised to discover
that it was only about six inches thick and that he could break it up easily
with a sledgehammer. As he was carting the pieces away he had to smile,
remembering all the trouble that the rock had caused him over the years and how
easy it would have been to get rid of it sooner.
We often spend
great time and energy attempting to avoid obstacles, when maybe we should
invest just a little time and effort to simply move them out of our way and get
on with our lives!
